The front staff 4/1/25 was exceptional in every request. They were all so professional and kind and personable. Truly everyone was So helpful. I had a very overwhelming week and to have people helpful with good attitudes to help me with all of my questions about using the motel tech and local area ..priceless(MICHEAL? Was so sweet spirited) The room was beautiful. Breakfast attendant 4/2 (Tiffany?) Kept things stocked and clean. Wish I had cash on me for a tip, but a nice review might feel even better. I will definitely come here again.

The check in clerk Cameron was awesome, funny, and made us feel welcome. The bed and pillows were amazing. The balcony served it's purpose. Along the river right at your back door, we fed the ducks and the fish helped themselves as well. Unique and quiet. Really nice atmosphere for us and our Saint Bernard. Excellent location. The room furniture is modern. And equipped with all our needs; refrigerator, microwave, coffee, nice size t.v. , hair dryer ect. Breakfast was a plus before hitting the road.

Loved the location. I came to watch my granddaughter race at Hayward and it was perfect. The breakfast was pretty decent also. Maybe more seating or trays to take back to the room.

Location perfect. Breakfast amazing. Room great. Front desk person when we arrived wonderful, shared good information willingly. And shared of herself, a fantastic first impression of Eugene.

I liked the fact that breakfast was included. I just wish we had more time for breakfast plus I didn't take the time to figure out how to make a pancake or waffle. I liked the yogurt choices.

Loved my stay. Rooms were comfortable and I really enjoyed being able to bring my 2 fur babies. Really loved that the pool has some depth and got to swim a bit. Helped to relax, soothe muscles, and get some cardio.

The room was nice smelled good. Updated beds/ bedding nice tv. Fridge and microwave in the room plus a coffee maker. They provided toiletries that were great quality. The breakfast was awesome! Alot of options for everyone with a whole dining area.

Great remodeled older motel. A perfect 1 night stop that was warm and dry on a cold, rainy winter night. Breakfast was very good.
